Mooney's Bay part two: Eastern Finals

Cyclocross Finals were at Mooney's Bay, the second race of the season there. The previous week had been canceled due to snow, but the finals would go on no matter what! With 5+cm on the ground and temps around -12c (plus windchill).
This would be a slightly shortened course, due to some slower speeds. I hadn't been feeling the best, as I'd not been on the bike much in the previous week or so, but would manage none-the-less. Placing wasn't great, but fun-factor was well worth it. All in all I finished 6th in the series, very good for such a strong region!!
One more weekend of racing, next week off to Providence, RI for the Verge Series finals.
